Cornelia Alinnor, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Cornelia Alinnor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered, and holistic mental health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2011 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. She has been board certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2019.

Cornelia has extensive experience across the full continuum of psychiatric care, including inpatient, outpatient, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). She has served as an inpatient psychiatric nurse practitioner while also providing care in PHP and IOP settings at multiple behavioral health facilities. For the past year, she has focused on outpatient psychiatric care, offering ongoing medication management combined with a holistic approach to mental wellness.

Her holistic approach considers the whole person’s mind, body, lifestyle, and environment rather than symptoms alone. Cornelia collaborates closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, lifestyle support, and evidence based non-pharmacologic strategies when appropriate. She emphasizes balance, self-awareness, and sustainable wellness as part of long-term mental health care.

Licensed in Texas, Maryland, and Washington State, Cornelia is known for her patience, compassion, and non-judgmental style. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate actively in their care.

Outside of her professional practice, Cornelia is family-oriented and married with two daughters. She enjoys swimming and running, which reflects her belief in the importance of physical activity and overall well-being. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing, resilience, and improved quality of life.


Ndukwe Kalu Uduma, MD

Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist | Supervising Physician

Dr. Ndukwe Kalu Uduma is a highly respected Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist based in Texas, with over 40 years of experience in the medical field. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nigeria, Faculty of Medicine in 1984 and has dedicated his career to the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions affecting children, adolescents, and adults.

Dr. Uduma completed his psychiatry residency at Bronx Care Health System and went on to complete a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.

Throughout his career, Dr. Uduma has developed extensive expertise in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including bipolar disorders, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, and developmental and emotional conditions affecting youth and families. His depth of experience spans decades of clinical practice across diverse patient populations.

As a supervising physician, Dr. Uduma provides clinical oversight and guidance, supporting the delivery of safe, ethical, and evidence-based mental health services. His leadership and experience help ensure high standards of care for patients across the lifespan.
